The Phoenix Stores Limited requires the services of an experienced Network Engineer to work as part of our IT team. We are searching for that special person who enjoys assisting internal customers while providing confident and capable support. Key Duties include configuring and deploying computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT related systems, providing technical support for POS systems and computing needs, troubleshooting application issues, managing data and IT maintenance tasks, and offering basic IT skills training to end users.

Requirements

An Associate’s Degree in a computer related field of study, 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role, experience with Cisco CCNA and Fortigate NSE4, end-user administration for Windows and Office 365, IP network support experience, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and experience with scripting in Windows PowerShell and/or Linux.
