John Barritt & Son Ltd. is actively looking for a Truck Driver to join our Distribution team and help us deliver and merchandise Bermuda’s Best Beverages. Our experienced staff will help train you, but all applicants must have energy, enthusiasm and focus as this is a job that puts you in the public eye and requires you to interact professionally with a wide range of our trade customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities include operating the tablet-based invoicing system, ensuring payments from COD customers, merchandising coolers and shelves, loading trucks, providing top quality service, and driving the vehicle in a safe manner.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Hold a valid Intermediate Truck license with a clean record; Willingness to obtain a Heavy Truck license is an asset; Valid Forklift license is an asset; Previous experience in merchandising food/beverages is an asset. Required Skills: Ability to deliver products to all areas of the island; Good physical condition for heavy lifting; Basic math skills; Polite & professional manner; Strong work ethic; Attention to detail; Self-starter with minimal supervision.
