Head Chef and Chef de Partie

Required for seasonal sailing vessels. Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef. Must have knowledge and experience in cooking multiple cuisines and experience in running a very busy kitchen operation. Responsibilities include purchasing on a strict budget and catering for large groups. Early morning shifts start at 5:30 am, with late-night shifts on weekends and public holidays.
