Live In Caregiver

We are seeking a live in professional caregiver with nursing skills to provide care to an elderly man. The caregiver will manage the client's medications, assist with personal care, prepare meals and shopping lists, perform housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry, and provide companionship as needed. Nursing experience is required as the client has some medical issues and will likely need an increased level of personal care as time passes. The caregiver must be thoughtful, patient, proactive, physically fit, and a good sense of humour is essential. This role will involve 24-hour responsibility for the client including nights, weekends and holidays, apart from scheduled days off and vacations.
