Qualified Finish Carpenter Foreperson/Superintendent

Requirements

Must have at least 7 years experience in the interior millwork construction and installation with an interior general contractor. A thorough understanding of construction drawings and the shop drawing process, and proven ability to interpret and evaluate same. Proven competency to a very high level in all areas of commercial millwork installation, including office fronts, doors, paneling, cabinetry, moldings and trim, etc. Proven experience working without supervision, leading and coordinating teams. Must be motivated, have own transportation, and be willing to work on evenings and weekends, when required. Through the interview process the applicant will be asked to demonstrate hands-on competency in a controlled environment as this is a working foreman role, requiring hands-on production.
