Greenbank is seeking a Live-In Housekeeper/Caretaker Applicant to perform a wide range of housekeeping duties in a busy home and Guest House on a full-time basis. Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Heavy housework including: windows, laundry and ironing, polishing of silver, meal preparation, patio cleaning, property maintenance and care of cat and dog. Grocery shopping and driving as needed. Must be willing to work public holidays, evenings, and weekends. Presence on the property is essential. Proven ability to work independently, and to be able to make critical decisions using discretion and good judgement when the employer is away. Applicant must be a non-smoker and have or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license.
