Having warm and friendly smiles 10 years of work experience in Food & Beverage Server Making recommendations based upon guests' preferences, Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food, beverages, and services of the facility TIPS Certified is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication in English language Based on the nature of the positions a security check will be required Greeting guest in a courteous and friendly manner Run shifts according to Bermuda Travel Concessions standards and operating processes Train new hire on operational standards and processes Ability to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and trust Utilize experience to effectively control financials, personnel management, facilities, marketing, food preparation and quality, and general business operations Ability to work well under pressure and deal with high stress situations while exercising sound judgment and decision making Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklist as required Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers or peers and direct reports Basic Mathematical Skills are necessary to operate point of sale (POS) procedures; including making change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges and understand weights and measurements Ability to work in confined spaces for long periods of time Performs any other duties as assigned.
