Requirements

- Assistant Restaurant Managers: 2 years restaurant experience; proven supervisory skills; able to manage daily operations. - Restaurant Managers: 3 years restaurant management experience; complete responsibility for busy operations; financial and administrative skills. - Chef De Parties: 3 years kitchen experience; conversant with international cuisine; ability to control costs and organize the kitchen. - Pastry Chefs: 3 years relevant experience; knowledge of Pastry/Bakery cuisine; ability to decorate cakes and discuss custom orders. - Waiters/Waitresses: 2 years restaurant experience; high standards of food & beverage service; ability to work in busy operations. - Senior Chef De Parties: 4 years kitchen experience; must be able to manage kitchen duties and costs. - Café Baristas: 2 years experience with specialty coffee equipment; strong communication skills.
