Corporate Administrator

We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Corporate Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of local and exempted companies. He or she will help to ensure compliance with local and international statutory and regulatory requirements, make necessary filings and attend meetings. The successful applicant should have: • The ability to comprehend and apply the provisions of The Companies Act 1981 and partnership legislation; and have hands-on experience with all current compliance and regulatory matters; At least three successful years in corporate administration and/or proven experience in a similar position; ICSA or similar qualification preferred; Comprehensive knowledge of corporate, regulatory and compliance matters; The ability to encourage and develop a professional relationship with clients, be a team member, be willing to assist co-workers during high levels of activity, have a positive 'can do' attitude and a flexible approach; Excellent written and oral communication, administrative and minute taking skills and a strong sense of responsibility; The ability to multitask, prioritize and organize in a demanding, professional environment; Superior computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
