59 Front is hiring a Store Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial, operational and personnel aspects of the store. Primary duties include managing day-to-day retail operations, achieving sales and profitability targets, overseeing inventory management, analyzing management reports, developing marketing plans, maintaining a professional image, resolving customer complaints, scheduling employees, and ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in the retail, cosmetic & fragrance industry with 5 of those years in a retail management role. Extensive customer service experience with a proven track record in purchasing, marketing and sales with a solid understanding of profit and loss statements. Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
