In this role you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Lines of Business and external legal partners obtaining subject matter expertise. Manage services delivered to the Lines of Business and ensure alignment to appropriate benchmarks / metrics and reporting on adherence to service level agreements. Proactively identify, escalate and address issues and events in addition to delivering the necessary policies, processes and procedures for the Business Services whilst adhering to Bermuda regulations. Manage change, either internally or externally driven, on a continuous improvement basis Support line manager in ensuring appropriate and consistent governance is developed and implemented for both onshore and offshore teams.
