Mason/Maintenance Person

Our client, RD Costa Landscape & Maintenance, requires the services of an experienced Mason/Maintenance Person with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience, with proficiency in all areas of masonry for both commercial and residential properties. Ability to perform all aspects of construction projects: to include setting out, laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, concrete placement, slating and formwork and must be experienced and knowledgeable in the use of all masonry tools, techniques and materials used in the trade. In addition, the candidate will provide occasional maintenance services associated with the position when necessary. Must be reliable, punctual and fit to carry out all duties and have a willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays as needed to meet the needs of the business. As this is a position of trust, a background check will be required.
