Landscape/Property Maintenance Foreperson

Our client, RD Costa Landscape & Maintenance, are seeking to employ a Landscape/Property Maintenance Foreperson. Applicants must have at least 5 years working experience in all aspects of landscaping and property maintenance. Must be able to operate all landscaping tools. Work including but not limited to hedge trimming, mowing and planting etc. Property Maintenance work including but not limited to maintaining exterior of properties, repairs, painting, installation of doors and windows. Our clients are important and all work is to be completed in a timely and professional manner. Must be able to work on own initiative and be willing to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays when needed. HA truck license would be an asset. This is a drug free workplace and all candidates may be tested. As this is a position of trust, a background check will be required.
