The Director of Finance & Administration is responsible for sound fiscal management, financial reporting, development and management of the school budget, cash flow management and forecasting, and monitoring the performance of the endowment. The role requires collaboration with the Head of School, Senior Educational Leadership, and oversight of the Business Office and facilities team.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Master's degree or CPA preferred. Proven experience in senior financial management, strong knowledge of financial reporting for a registered Charity in Bermuda, and proficiency in financial software. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities are essential.
