Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Superintendent

Vacancies for Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Superintendent positions with responsibilities including financial management of construction projects, day-to-day site management, and oversight of construction elements. Successful applicants will have relevant qualifications and experience in managing construction projects.

Requirements

Quantity Surveyor: R.I.C.S. qualification or degree in quantity surveying, 10 years experience on projects over $10 million, knowledge of AIA/FIDIC contracts. Project Manager: Engineering or construction management qualification, 5 years experience in a similar role, significant experience on projects over 25,000 sq. ft. Superintendent: 5 years experience in a similar position, ability to read construction drawings, ensure safety and keep accurate records.
