Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be part of our management team overseeing ongoing construction projects. Responsibilities will include all activities associated with the financial management of construction projects, including take-off, pricing, negotiation and drafting of subcontracts, measurement of works in progress, preparation of monthly progress billings, cost control and reporting of project versus budget.

Requirements

He / She will hold either an R.I.C.S. qualification or a degree in quantity surveying or equivalent and be able to demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience on a wide range of projects including at least one project of more than $10 million. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of AIA and / or FIDIC construction contracts. Must have excellent computer skills.
