Project Manager

The successful candidate will become part of our management team, overseeing ongoing construction projects in the field. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of site operations on construction projects, including management of field operatives, supervision of trades, monitoring and supervision of subcontractors. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the allocation of work, ensuring performance of the project against schedule and for quality control within the building process.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have an engineering or construction management qualification, be a self-motivated individual, will be a good timekeeper, have excellent motivational skills and will have a flexible approach to work. He/she will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years in a similar position, will have worked on commercial new build and fit-out, and should be able to point to significant experience on major construction projects of more than 25,000 sq. ft. / $10 million.
