The Loren at Pink Beach is looking to add the following positions to its growing five-star team. Your passion for guest service and commitment to excellence will ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. All positions involve shift work, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. Requirements

Lead Waiter: 2 years experience as a Food & Beverage Server or 1 year as Lead Waiter in fine dining/ luxury hotel restaurant, knowledge of wines and food & beverage services, proficient with self-cashiering and Micros preferred. Food & Beverage Server: 2 years experience as a Food & Beverage Server or waiter in fine dining/ luxury hotel, knowledge of wines and food & beverage services, fluency in English required. Chef De Partie: 2 years experience in similar quality establishments, ability to create menus and maintain food quality and costs, experience in fine dining preferred. Demi Chef De Partie: 5 years international experience in upscale restaurants, 2 years as a Chef De Partie, basic food hygiene certification required, culinary certificate preferred. Kitchen Assistant: 2 years experience as a kitchen assistant in fine dining outlet preferred. Bakery Chef: 4 years experience in first-class establishment, culinary school certification an asset, expertise in international breads and pastries required.
