The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Retail Sales team at the Garden Centre, including assigning work duties and responsibilities within each department. Responsibilities include sound knowledge of pest and disease problems and control, visual merchandising, interior plant maintenance, facilitating workshops for the general public, and supervising the Interior Plant Maintenance department. The role involves providing quotations and contracts for corporate clients, managing social media marketing for trends and seasonal availability, and exceptional customer service with problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, exemplary customer service skills, valid driver's license. Weekend work and some Public Holidays are essential.
