Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager

Burrows Lightbourn is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the organization’s inbound warehouse operations, including but not limited to container unloading, put-away, inventory control, the efficient and organized use of storage space and maintenance of equipment and warehouse assets. Key Duties and Responsibilities include scheduling and receiving containers, maintaining warehouse space, managing product movement, training the warehouse team, safeguarding assets, and overseeing warehouse operations in the absence of the Fulfillment Manager. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, at least 5 years in a management role within a busy warehouse, proficiency in order fulfillment and inventory management systems, and strong computer skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma, post secondary degree preferred. At least 5 years as a manager in a busy warehouse distribution environment (preferably food and/or beverage), including supervision of employees. Experience with advanced order fulfillment, wireless scanning and inventory management computer systems. Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies. Must be able to lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
