First Atlantic Commerce Limited is hiring a First Atlantic Commerce Limited (FAC) has earned a reputation for integrity, stability and service. We are a Bermuda based eCommerce solutions provider dedicated to supplying businesses and banks with payment and risk management solutions designed to facilitate online transaction processing. First Atlantic Commerce facilitates solutions for businesses in the Caribbean, Central America and Europe. Reporting to the COO, responsibilities include configuration, maintenance & management of all server and network Infrastructure; implementation, maintenance and monitoring of all Security controls; and overall Operational management.⚫ A Computer Science or Engineering degree or similar technical training/qualifications • Minimum of 10 years' relevant practical experience supporting a complex network of servers, networking equipment and strong routing skills • At least one Cybersecurity certification including either the CISSP, CISM or SANS or 5+ years practical experience implementing security controls across the infrastructure. • 10 years' practical experience in building and maintaining Windows Servers and MS-SQL server environments including Clustering technology. Knowledge and expertise in managing Nutanix converged server and Nutanix AHV hypervisor technology. Experience configuring and administering Fortigate Firewalls, Cisco switches, Internet load-balancing appliances and IDS/IPS devices. Knowledge and/or relevant experience configuring and troubleshooting site to site IPSEC VPNs, Fortigate and Cisco routers with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems under pressure and on a timely basis. Experience configuring and maintaining security tools such as Anti-Malware, IDS/IPS, SEIM, DNS amongst others. Experience configuring, deploying and supporting Citrix and MFA/TFA technologies. Prior experience with PCI-DSS requirements and the annual audit process. Ability to assist with security policy development and maintenance. ⚫ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness, as necessary, to work independently in performing systems maintenance outside of normal office hours usually, between 12am and 4am. Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (rotation basis). Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment.
