The Delivery and Merchandising role focuses on providing island-wide service of coffee and coffee related products. Working with and delivering to current and new customers, therefore, professional customer service experience is highly required. Key Duties include maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring high level of friendly and professional customer service, delivering coffee products and equipment to customers, and maintaining communication with management regarding accounts.

Requirements

Customer Service experience, basic understanding of FIFO inventory standards, familiarity with delivery routes island-wide, ability to communicate with customers and co-workers, a valid driver’s license, ability to operate a manual pallet, must be able to work a flexible schedule and independently without close supervision, must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
