Consumer Credit Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Consumer Credit, this role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of loans and mortgage clients, in addition to meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include interviewing clients for personal loans and mortgages, approving credit applications within assigned limits, submitting applications for approval, managing loan portfolios, resolving client queries, reviewing and reporting on outstanding securities, cross-selling other products and services, maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures, providing quality service, guiding team members, and identifying client needs.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline with at least five years of related experience. Experience with PC software Word, Filemaker Pro, and Excel. Highly effective interviewing skills with proven ability to build client relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in a team environment.
