Endeavour is a Bermuda-registered charity and nonprofit that builds self-confidence and life skills by engaging youth from diverse backgrounds across Bermuda in hands-on experiential learning through sailing. The Chief Instructor is responsible for leading the delivery of Endeavour's experiential learning programmes, ensuring high quality and adherence to all safety standards, and overseeing the daily operations for one of Endeavour's Forts, a Royal Yachting Association Recognised Training Centre.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chief Instructor successfully delivering youth sports/recreation-based educational programmes; Excellent interpersonal skills; Demonstrable experience communicating effectively with youth, parents, and teachers; Self-motivated professional; Knowledge of maintenance for marine assets; RYA Qualifications: RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor, RYA Powerboat Instructor, RYA First Aid Certificate; Availability to work on evenings and weekends as necessary.
