Saltus Grammar School is seeking a dynamic and engaging professional to serve as our Alumni Relations Coordinator. This pivotal role is dedicated to fostering meaningful and lasting connections between Saltus and its alumni community, in alignment with the school's mission and strategic vision. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Alumni Relations Coordinator will collaborate closely with all members of the Saltus community-including faculty, staff, students, parents, volunteers, and alumni. The successful candidate will understand the importance of alumni engagement in preserving and strengthening Saltus' legacy while actively contributing to its future. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance alumni engagement, planning and executing alumni events, managing communications, maintaining alumni records, building relationships for mentorship and support, collaborating with internal departments, developing volunteer programmes, monitoring engagement metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in alumni relations and/or community engagement. Experience in event planning and execution. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of fundraising and donor stewardship best practices is an asset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Clean criminal background report.
