The Bermuda Rugby Football Union (BRFU) is looking for a suitable candidate to be engaged as a Rugby Operations Director to increase rugby participation and to transform lives through sport, by driving participation and inclusion for all. The BRFU is responsible for organising all aspects of Rugby in Bermuda, from youth rugby to senior rugby, including both men and women. The BRFU aims to promote member engagement and development while ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants.

Requirements

Degree in sports management, coaching or teaching desirable; World Rugby Level 2 Qualification; Minimum of 5 years of relevant coaching experience; Prior experience launching and/or leading a sports program; Previous experience in supporting business operations such as fundraising, talent retention and driving brand management is highly desirable; Ability to lead decision making as well as work both independently and as part of a team; Self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic and honest personal attributes; Proven ability to work to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
