Matilda Smith Williams Seniors Residence (MSWSR) is seeking experienced certified nursing assistants and an activities coordinator. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral member of the Clinical Team delivering person-centered care. The CNA provides personal care assistance to Residents, assists with transferring and lifting, and ensures the safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy of Residents. The Activities Coordinator enhances the quality of life of Senior Residents through engaging them in stimulating activities.

Requirements

High School graduate; Nursing Aide Certification from Bermuda College or other recognized institution with current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council. CPR Certification and minimum 1 to 3 years' experience working with the elderly for CNA, and 3 years' experience for Activities Coordinator. Long term care courses such as Understanding Dementia preferred for CNA.
