Administrative Support Officer - Brokerage Team

Reporting to the Head of Investor Services, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the brokerage team with training provided to assist the broker. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring all transactions are settled in a timely fashion, executing cash management duties for client accounts including wiring funds, liaising and problem solving with related departments, maintaining all client files ensuring compliance with KYC and QI requirements, opening new client accounts, servicing client enquiries, providing back-up support for Bermuda Stock Exchange activities, and participating in brokerage area meetings. Any other duties required for department efficiency.

Requirements

A university degree or relevant experience. Ability to deliver superior service and deal with clientele in a mature, professional manner. Strong knowledge of Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a team in a demanding environment.
