Group Risk Officer

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the development of best practice risk management procedures throughout the organization, ensuring that enterprise-wide management and modelling of risk is consistent and accurate. Key responsibilities include managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, monitoring regulatory requirements, overseeing vendor relations, and developing training on climate risk management policies.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics or Quantitative field. Holder of a recognized actuarial accreditation or insurance risk management qualification. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a risk-related role with a focus on capital modeling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills. Regulatory compliance understanding and strong communication skills.
