VP, Captive Manager

As the VP, Captive Manager, you will lead and manage Relm Insurance’s captive insurance solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored risk management strategies and ensuring the seamless operation of captive entities. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, oversee underwriting, claims management, and financial reporting, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CPCU, ARM) would be considered a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or captive management industry, proven track record of leading and managing captive insurance programs and working with alternative risk transfer solutions. Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, underwriting, and claims processes.
