Waystone Administration Solutions (BDA) Limited is seeking a high performing, self-motivated learner and leader interested in advancing their career in an entrepreneurial environment. This Bermuda-based role involves managing client relationships, ensuring superior client service, and delivering accurate information promptly. Responsibilities include daily administration of investment funds, delivery to clients, team management, accurate calculations and reviews of new asset values (NAVS) for funds, implementation of accounting obligations, accounting for diverse fund structures, leading audit processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Commerce is required. An internationally recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent) is required. Minimum 10 years PQE, 5 of which are in the hedge fund administration industry. A minimum 5 years' previous managerial experience, previous audit experience, and knowledge of BMA regulatory requirements are also required. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of current reporting standards. Familiarity with a Funds process of side pocketing investments, diverse fund structures such as Master/Feeder Funds and Fund of Funds. Analytical thinking and able to challenge work. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and industry-standard accounting software.
