Reconciliation Analyst

At Butterfield, we provide full-service community banking and specialised international financial services. The Reconciliation Analyst role involves managing an assigned portfolio of reconciliations, performing research, and working with other departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities include meeting with clients regarding loans and mortgages, managing reconciliations, verifying cash balances daily, producing reports, and liaising with other departments as needed.

Requirements

University degree in business or equivalent, three to five years' experience in banking or a similar environment, strong understanding of complex accounting procedures, knowledge of Frontier Account Reconciliation software is an asset, strong investigative and problem-solving skills, ability to work with strict deadlines, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
