Brokerage Assistant

Reporting to the Head of Investor Services, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the brokerage team with training provided to assist the broker. Responsibilities include ensuring all transactions are settled timely, executing cash management duties for client accounts, liaising with related departments, maintaining client files, opening new client accounts, servicing client enquiries, providing back-up support for Bermuda Stock Exchange activities, and participating in brokerage area meetings.

Requirements

A university degree or relevant experience, ability to deliver superior service and deal with clientele in a mature manner, strong knowledge of Excel and Word, excellent communication and organizational skills.
